Terms and Conditions
- FitVibrations prices are subject to change
- All sessions and courses are valid for 6 months from purchase (unless otherwise stated) and are non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability
- The expiry date can be extended at a charge of £20 for each extra month
- All bookings should be made in advance and we cannot accept any bookings without payment. Bookings can be made online or you can book by email - but please wait for confirmation before you turn up as emails can sometimes go awry
- If you cannot continue a course for a permanent medical reason and your sessions are still valid, please inform info@fitvibrations.co.uk immediately. We will require a letter from your Doctor, your course will be refunded minus any sessions taken at the single session fee, plus a 10% admin fee
- In cases of pregnancy, the sessions will be extended to 18 months from the date of purchase but you must inform us by emailing info@fitvibrations.co.uk before the original expiry date
- All clients are subject to a consent form and are required to tell the instructor of any injuries prior to the class starting
- FitVibrations accept no responsibility for any client who does not follow the instructed class or has not disclosed medical conditions or recent injuries. Please do be aware that it is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you feel unwell or any discomfort
- By using FitVibrations' facilities you accept that there is risk associated with all forms of exercise either during or after. You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. You will not hold FitVibrations or associated staff, liable for any injury, loss or expense suffered as result of your participation in any FitVibrations classes or sessions
- FitVibrations reserve the right to refuse admission/membership
- Cancellation Policy: Please note we require at least 24 hours notice during office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm) for all cancellations and reschedules. Late notice will result in the full session fee being payable (in most cases one sessions will automatically be deducted from your account)
- Off Peak Off peak times are strictly Mon-Thurs 09.30-12.00 and 14.30-17.00 and 09.30-12.00 Friday. All sessions must be paid for in advance and require 24 hours for all cancellations or rescheduling
- The off peak package cannot be used in conjunction with any other FitVibrations offer. The T&C's to the off peak are strict and FitVibrations reserve the right to refuse purchase or renewing of the off peak package
- If you book outside of the off peak times you will be charged at the full single session price. Off peak sessions are valid from 3 months from the date of purchase
- Corporate rate: These sessions are exempt from the referral and loyalty scheme
- Trial session: The free trial session is intended for NEW clients only, those who have never been to a FitVibrations studio. The booking is subject to availability and the consent form. For clients who are fully able to join a class situation, this excludes anyone with injury or a medical condition. The free trial is strictly one per person and not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Referral scheme and Loyalty scheme: Please see the website for current schemes
- Left property: FitVibrations accept no responsibility for any property left on the premises. Any left items are taken to a charity shop at the end of the month
- Data Protection: All personal data and/or sensitive personal data - e.g. provided by you for membership/consent forms - are processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
