A Personal Training Experience
- Sessions last for 25 minutes and can be every 30 minutes throughout the day as required
- All sessions are run by a qualified personal instructor
- A maximum of 5 clients per session
- We recommend participating in two/three sessions per week to achieve personal goals and maximum results
- Total body sessions are enhanced with specific problem area target classes
